Stephanie A. is the Board Vice President. The 2025-2026 school year is her second year as a member of the Board of Directors. She lives in Bellingham with her husband Tim and is a proud stay at home Mom to her two daughters, ages 4 and 1. Stephanie taught Spanish at Annie Sullivan Middle School in Franklin for fourteen years. She has a Master's Degree in Education and Spanish and loves teaching children of all ages. She is also a private Spanish tutor. In her free time, she loves baking, going to Red Sox and Patriots games, reading, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.
Amanda C. is the Board President. The 2025-2026 school year is her third year as a member of the Board of Directors. She has three children and is thankful for all of them to have the opportunity to attend Franklin Children's School. She enjoys making community connections, volunteering and spending time with family and friends. She has a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice with a Concentration in Victim Advocacy. Her past work experience includes hospital, correctional and college settings.
Meet Our Board Members
Krystal B. is the Board Secretary for her fifth year. The 2025-2026 school year is her fifth year as a member of the Board of Directors. She is a proud stay at home mom to two boys, ages 5 and 8. She was a nanny for the same family for 9 years before having kids of her own. She has a degree in Psychology. She typically has a coffee in hand. She loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys traveling, and loves reading. She loves volunteering and enjoys being on the board for Franklin Children's School.
Jen J. is the Board Treasurer for her fourth year. The 2025-2026 school year is her fifth year as a member of the Board of Directors. She is the proud mom of two kids who both attended Franklin Children's School. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Franklin Girls Softball and is an active member in the community. Jen works in fundraising for a nonprofit and is also a local editor for a website of kid-friendly events & activities. She loves the beach, baking & cheering on her kids at their games.
Ryan S. is in his second year as a board member. Ryan is a proud father of three daughters, all of whom have attended FCS. Ryan works as a Leader in the Healthcare Technology Consulting practice at Accenture. He loves golfing, traveling, attending Boston Celtics games, and most importantly, spending time with his wife, three daughters and extended family. Ryan believes fully in the mission statement of FCS and that the education, nurturing and care of our children needs to be a societal goal and specifically a goal of our community.
Patrick M. is in his third year as a Board Member. Patrick and his wife Brianna live in Franklin with their four children with three of them who attend/attended FCS. Patrick serves as the Vice President of Commercial Operations at HUB international. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his kids, golfing, and visiting upstate New York (Saratoga Springs) during the summer months. He is beyond thankful for the staff at FCS for providing a nurturing and educational environment for his children during their early years.
Heather A. is in her first year as a Board Member. She is currently a stay at home mom and lives in Franklin with her husband Joel and twin sons. Heather is very excited that her twins joined the FCS community this fall as they begin preschool. She taught Special Education in Medway for eight years before having her sons. Heather has a Masters Degree in Special Education and is certified to teach both Elementary Education and Special Education in Massachusetts. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her friends and family, enjoying time outside, reading, going to the beach and playing with her dog. She is looking forward to a great first year at FCS!
Anna S. is in her first year as a Board Member and enjoys being part of the warm and welcoming FCS community. She lives in Franklin with her husband, two dogs and their son, who currently attends Franklin Children’s School. Anna works as an in-house lawyer and holds an undergraduate degree in finance. In her free time, she enjoys needlepointing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Kimberly S. is in her first year as a Board Member. Kimberly and her husband Ryan live in Franklin with their daughter, who has entered her first year of FCS this fall and rescue miniature dachshund. She has worked in healthcare communications for the past 10+ years and enjoys volunteering in the community. In her free time, Kimberly loves to read, practice barre and Pilates and attend live music shows. She is excited to join the FCS family!
Kaitlin D. is in her first year serving as a Board Member. She moved to Franklin in 2023 with her husband and son and is thrilled that her son has joined the FCS family this past fall. Kaitlin is grateful to be able to be home with her son while also continuing to work remotely supporting families who have children on the autism spectrum. She is deeply passionate about and committed to advancing inclusion and neurodiversity, and she teaches a college course focused on this topic as well. Outside of her professional roles, Kaitlin enjoys running, baking, volunteering and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
